When ordering:

When you order items at Lemus.dk,you will automatically receive an order confirmation / invoice in your email.
It is also enclosed with the products shipped, and serves as your receipt.

We only withdraw the money when the order has been shipped.

 

Delivery:

Delivery time is 1-3 working days. All items are delivered while stocks last. The shipping price depends on the individual product.

 

Prices:

All prices are in Danish kroner and include 25 VAT DK.K).
The price is not incl. VAT & customs.

 

Right of withdrawal:

There is a 14-day right of withdrawal. The 14 days start when you receive your goods.

If you have regretted your purchase, please return the product in the same condition as you received it - Packaging and all accessories must be intact. Sealing of packaging on headphones must NOT be broken.

The product is sent back, at your own expense, to:

Please enclose a note stating why the product is to be returned. Once you have shipped the product, please send an email to:info@lemus.dk with tracking number in case the package goes missing in the mail. If no tracking number is provided, Lemus cannot return your purchase.

Right of complaint:

The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply. If you as a consumer have bought goods, you have a 24-month right to make a complaint about all goods in accordance with the rules of the Purchase Act. For items with a limited lifespan, however, your right to make a complaint is limited to the shelf life that is usual for the item in question.

If you discover a defect or defect in a purchased item, you as a consumer must contact Lemus.dk as soon as possible and within a reasonable time and explain what the defect or defect consists of.

Lemus.dk does not guarantee guarantees given by third parties.

Complaints can be made by contacting us by phone or email. If the product suffers from a defect or defect, Lemus.dk will seek to repair the product or alternatively make a replacement, if this does not entail disproportionate costs for Lemus.dk.

If we do not succeed in reaching an agreement, you can lodge a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board, if the conditions for this are met, seewww.kfst.dk.

Your information you have provided on Lemus.dk is secure and will not be forwarded or sold to a third person.

You have the right to be informed of what data we have registered you in, according to the Personal Data Act and therefore you can contact us and hear what data we have registered you in.


Discounts:

Discount codes and other offers, may be used a maximum of once per. order. All rights to printing errors or corrections of discounts are reserved.
