Applies to private customers.
When ordering:
When you order goods from Lemus.dk,you will automatically receive an order confirmation/invoice to your email.
It is also attached to the products sent, and serves as your receipt.
We only withdraw the money when the order has been dispatched.
Delivery:
The delivery time is 1-3 working days. All items are delivered while stocks last. The shipping price depends on the individual product.
Prices:
All prices are in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT (DK).
The price does not include VAT & customs duties for shipments outside the EU.
Right of withdrawal:
There is a 30-day right of withdrawal. The 30 days start when you receive your goods.
If you have regretted your purchase, please return the product in the same condition as you received it - Packaging and all accessories must be intact. Sealing of packaging on earphones must NOT be broken.

Please enclose a note stating why the product is to be returned. When you have sent the product, please send an email to:info@lemus.dk with tracking number in case the package gets lost in the post. If a tracking number is not provided, Lemus cannot return your purchase.

Right of complaint:
The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply. As a consumer, if you have purchased goods, you have, in accordance with the provisions of the Sales Act, a 24-month right of complaint on all goods. However, for goods with a limited lifespan, your right of complaint is limited to the usual shelf life for the goods in question.
If you discover an error or deficiency in a purchased item, you as a consumer must contact Lemus.dk as soon as possible and within a reasonable time and explain what the error or deficiency consists of.
Lemus.dk does not vouch for guarantees given by third parties.
Complaints can be made by contacting us by phone or email. If the product suffers from a fault or defect, Lemus.dk will seek to repair the product or alternatively carry out redelivery, if this does not result in disproportionate costs for Lemus.dk.
If we do not manage to reach an agreement, you can lodge a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board, if the conditions for this are met, seewww.kfst.dk.

Right to personal data:
Your information you have provided on Lemus.dk is secure and will neither be sent nor sold to a third party.
You have the right to be informed of which data we have registered you in, according to the Personal Data Act, and therefore you can contact us and find out which data we have registered you in.
Discounts:
Discount codes and other offers may only be used once per order. All rights for typographical errors or corrections of discounts are reserved.
