If you have regretted your purchase, please return the product in the same condition as you received it - Packaging and all accessories must be intact. Sealing of packaging on headphones must NOT be broken.

Please enclose a note stating why the product is to be returned. Once you have shipped the product, please send an email to:firstname.lastname@example.org with tracking number in case the package goes missing in the mail. If no tracking number is provided, Lemus cannot return your purchase.
